I Build People Who Gather, Not Just Gatherings of People.
For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping young adults find Jesus, community, purpose, and a HOME in the local church.
Along the way, I’ve become convinced that healthy ministry isn’t ultimately built around great events. It’s built around people.
People who are known and discipled. Leaders who develop other leaders. Groups where real community happens. Clear pathways that help people take their next step with Jesus.
I’ve spent my ministry building those kinds of environments, developing leaders, growing groups, creating discipleship pathways, training interns, teaching, and helping young adults move from attending church to participating in its mission.
Now I love helping other pastors do the same.
Why HOME?
I believe every young adult should have a church they can call home.
Not simply a service they attend, but a people who know them and a place where they can belong, grow, lead, and be sent.
My hope is to help churches build cultures where young adults encounter God, are equipped for a lifetime of faith, and engage in His mission.
That’s what HOME is about.
