For more than 15 years, I've served in pastoral ministry, helping people encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and discover what it means to follow Him in everyday life.
For 13 of those years, I helped lead young adult ministry at one of Southern California's largest multisite churches, teaching and discipling young adults, developing emerging leaders, and helping build a ministry that reached thousands of young adults over time.
Along the way, I've had the opportunity to speak at churches, conferences, college chapels, leadership gatherings, and retreats.
